Full Sending it

This week Hermana Johnson and I decided to full send it, and we asked Ana to be baptized! She was a little hesitant, so then we asked her to pray about it and she happily agreed! We were so happy!! We are slowly starting to understand tiny bits of Spanish but it is still very tough. I literally cannot imagine ever being able to speak Spanish fluently, but one day it will happen and it's gonna be awesome. Whenever I feel discouraged about how much I don't know, I try to think about how much I have learned in the past 3.5 weeks and it changes my whole perspective. This is a skill that I want to be better at and use throughout my whole life :)

I wish I had more to say, but here in the MTC every day is the same. The Elders have found a way to entertain themselves so they don't go crazy. it's called "spooning" basically they stole a bunch of spoons from the cafeteria and the goal is to get a spoon into someone's pocket/bag without them noticing. This has been going on for weeks, but I guess it just never gets old. Also, I think my sense of humor has hit rock bottom. Someone can say something that's not even funny and I will legit laugh for 10 minutes. Being in class/studying all day really gets to you sometimes haha. Anyway, all jokes aside, I truly have loved the MTC and I love being surround by thousands of missionaries, the spirit really is so strong here. also I would just like to point out that I've been here for 3.5 weeks and I haven't cried once since I left my family, I call that talent. I'm pretty sure all the elders have cried already.

Thank you for all the prayers and support!! I can feel them :) I love being a misionera!!

mucho amor,
hermana hill

*EXCERPT FROM CAMRI'S EMAIL TO DAD:

My favorite conference talk was the very first one on Saturday Morning. I don't remember the guys name, but he was talking about his daughter who wasn't going to serve a mission, but then he took her out to lunch and they both got revelation that she was going to serve a mission. There was tears coming down my face because it reminded me of you! I remember a few days before I left I was feeling so anxious and inadequate when YOU called me and took me out to lunch. You told me that you KNEW I was capable of serving a mission. Even though we didn't get some crazy revelation, I knew that you were inspired and it was exactly what I need to hear at the time.

I also loved Elder Rasband's talk about fear. it was amazing.

you're amazing dad!! I'm so lucky to have the best fam around love you so much!!!
