new bed, new me

Hola!

This week the mission brought us new study desks, beds, bookshelves, and closets! Now I no longer have to live out of my suitcase yay! That was pretty exciting I guess jaja. 

hmm well honestly this week was kinda hard because we were supposed to have 6 baptisms this coming saturday and as of 2 days ago everyone was happy and ready to be baptized. But then on Sunday Satan decided to come in and hit us with every curve-ball possible. 4 of our baptisms already fell through :( but it's okay because we still have faith and we are still happy little missionaries here in Costa Rica!

On a brighter note!! The Branch here in Poas is so awesome! 6 months ago when the new branch president got put in, the church attendence was around 20 people. BUT yesterday the attendence was 84!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was so special and all the members were so happy and they have so much hope that Poas will be a ward soon. The branch president literally spends all of the tiny bit of free time that he has visiting inactive members and helping us. it's amazing how dedicated he is to his little (now big) branch!
