baptizing 7 year olds (jk)
Alright I don't think there's anything more terrifying than when the Zone Leaders call you and tell you that they looked over the birthdate of the little girl you just baptized and turns out SHES ACTUALLY 7 NOT 8. We were in a panic and had to go to her house and verify her birth certificate and it was just a crazy mess. Long story short, but don't worry she's actualy 8! jaja for like 3 hours Hermana Cadena and I thought we participated in an invalid baptism, thank goodness we didn't!
The little girl that just got baptized is named Alanis and she is so cute! Her 15 year old sister is a member, but the rest of her family isn't. her family is still so supportive and they came to her baptism and it was so special! When she got into the water she started crying and it was so sad jajaja but when she got out of the water she was so happy!
On anoother note, we are teaching a Jehovah's witness right now and I've always wanted to baptize one of those so we'll see how this goes.
