Do you guys smoke weed?
This week we went to our weekly fresh farmers market where we buy mangos and avocados and drink our nice fresh coconut drink 😍 anyway, while we were there a random guy came up to us and was like "hey!! american girls!!" and then we introduced ourselves as missionaries and everything and then he was like "wow that's awesome! well... I have a weed farm, do you guys smoke weed?" and then we said no and then he left jajaja.
This week we taught someone named Mauricio and we popped the baptism question and he's getting baptized the 18th of May! He told us how happy he is in the church and how he already feels like he has changed his life! It was amazing!! Also one of our investigators came to church for the first time and turns out he has a sister who is a member was inactive for a long time but she just happened to come back to church the same day that he came to church, what a small miracle! She was telling him all about how this is the true church and everything jaja it was awesome.
I think that's about it for this week! I just love Costa Rica and the people here so much. Even though so many people promise 100% that they will come to church and don't do it, and I get so frustrated, I truly just love them soooooo much. Some people here literally have nothing but they are just so chill and happy. I am learning so much from them!
