Isabella's shining weekend, being a women witness, and transfers

An eventful week here in Costa Rica! Our lil angel Isabella got baptized! Isbella is 9 years and didn't get baptized before because her did didn't give her permission (he's a non-member) but the rest of her fam is super active in the church. It was so fun to teach her all the lessons and the good news is that when we teach her the convert lessons again, her dad accepted to listen! wahoooo he's actually a really nice guy and always buys us pizza jaja.

Then the next day was the Primary Program and Isabella was glowing, it was a super fun weekend! Her fam and the ward, (and us actually) went all out spoiled her. alsoooo you better believe that my comp and I were the witnesses jajaj wahooo. It felt so weird. ALSO there was sooooooooo many people that came to church for the primary program. Heredia is one of the biggest wards in the mission, Usually the attendance is like 150. But on sunday it was 250!!!!AAAhhh. It felt like I was in a Utah ward again jaja.

Also! after Isabella's baptism her little cousin who is 9named Sara came to us and said "Hermanas can you come to my house and give me the classes so that I can get baptized?" It was so cute. Her dad ( a less active member) called us and asked us to visit them so she could get baptized!!

The weekend was so awesome. But then today we had transfers and I was so sad. The crazy part is that they transferred me literally 10 MIN AWAY. I'm literally got moved to the ward right next to our ward, the same stake, same zone, and everything. I was kinda bummed because I loved my area, and I want to experience other parts of Costa Rica, but hey I'll go wherever the Lord sends me. Also my comp told me that none of the members like them and don't want to help so here's to trying to get the members to like us, the other day I put a goal to be a more positive person and let me tell ya the Lord is testing me a lot right now jajaj

My comp is Hermana Guardado from El Salvador, she's been in the mission for 5 months. She's super cute! I asked her if it's dangerous where she lives and she was like, yeah El Salvador is dangerous but where I live it's not too bad.. the only thing is that right in front of our house there's a gang that does drugs and kills people but that's nothing compared to the rest of the country... jajajaja wow. I am thankful to be here in Costa Rica where everything is Pura Vida :)

also today we didn't know what to do so I decided to cut my hair and we just walked into the nearest hair salon and she definitely chopped it off, it was terrifying and my hair has never been so short in my life.

I think that's about it. I'll close my sharing my favorite quote by Isabella. "I just love Mayonnaise so much, It's like literally my life"

Vida Pura!
