Coke with Coffee??
Ok you know the world is about to end when the start putting COFFEE IN COKE. We found it in the local grocery store here. jajajaj we were dying. Satan is sure working hard in these last days, coke isn't even safe anymore. But question. Is this a thing in the U.S.??? or is it just because Ticos love their coffee here? (pic attached)
Also we just found out today that we will be a technology mission and we will start sharing the gospel through facebook!! whattttt I was hoping that this day would never come. But oh well, I'm sure it will be super effective to find people
What a great week. Being a missionary is just the best. The best feeling is when Heavenly Father just leads us to people who are prepared to receive the gospel. Last Monday we casually found Elena. Elena is such a gem. She's 31 and lives with her 2 kids and she has always been very religious she's gone through some really hard things. She came to church with us but didn't really like it because it's not what she was used to. we have been visiting her and the members have been visiting her and we are seeing how little by little she is understanding the restored gospel and wants to learn more, she's just so great. We are planning a baptism for her and her two kids the 15 of February. Prayers for Elena would be awesome :)
Yesterday I completed 16 months in the mission. I cannot believe how the time is flying. I am here reflecting on my mission and there are still so many things that I hope to accomplish. But I am so thankful for this opportunity I have and for how much I have learned about my Savior and his everlasting atonement. I can truly say that I have seen the atonement change people's lives here.
that's about all
